Zandvoort Highlights

Qualifying Position: 18th
Race 1 | Sprint Race Finish: 15th
Race 2 | Feature Race Finish: 13th

Qualifying | Friday, September 2nd: 18th Position

In the closing minutes of the session Kaylen Frederick crossed the line in 18th in the first fast lap. Pressing for more and with a good sector 1, a red flag ended the session early leaving no time to improve on a second flyer: 18th position on the starting grid for both races.

Race 1 Sprint Race | Saturday, September 3rd

Starting Position: 17th
Finish Position: 15th

In an action-packed start Kaylen, moved from 17th to 16th in lap 1. Racing with and between the Prema drivers, they pressed the field ahead of them together however passes were few and far between for many in this morning race. Kaylen secured a position in the closing laps, finishing 15th.

Feature Race | Sunday, September 4th: 13th Place

Starting Position:18th
Finish Position: 13th

With a great launch at the start of the feature race, Kaylen secured two advances. In a repeat of the previous sprint race, Kaylen fought steadily through the field dicing with LeClerc and Bearman along the way in a charge to move forward. Three incidents and safety car restarts allowed Kaylen to capitalize on quick launches and overtakes. From an 18th place start Kaylen finished in 13th, with 5 positions gained, and just short of scoring a championship point.
